Temple of the Sun

about

Re: the Order of the Solar Temple cult.

This song is a re-worked song I recorded under the Ancestral Oath name. The original song was the catalyst for creating Void Ritual, so it only made sense to include it in the Void Ritual discography.

lyrics

Forty-eight dead
No one hears their voices
Hands clasped in prayer
But no one hears them

In a star formation
They all breathed their last
Beating the end of the world
Before it could claim them

More cherished than God’s own blood
They sought to best their savior
Burning the halls of their faith
To cleanse them ‘fore heaven

Rose eternal cross
The altar erected
They’ve brought upon a brand new age
But nothing changes
